Cardinal Foundation Services completed a large-scale foundation repair project for a multifamily property in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, driven by lender requirements for sale and refinance.

Over 850 steel piers were strategically installed across the structure to reinforce distressed sections and reestablish long-term load-bearing support. The team also implemented drainage improvements to stabilize surrounding soils and reduce future movement. After carefully lifting the foundation, all plumbing systems were tested and repaired to ensure full operational integrity.
